What is KISSS Agriculture?

KISSS Agriculture is a revolutionary, permanent subsurface drip irrigation system developed in Australia and patented in 13 countries. It is totally unique in the way it delivers water into the root zone and keeps it there.

There are two main versions of KISSS Agriculture: FLAT and WRAP. FLAT is designed for sites that are relatively level and WRAP is for sites with slopes and/or gradient variations.

Both consist of five elements;

• Pressure compensating drip line
• Polyester geotextile to transfer water to the soil
• Poly tape top cover to spread water into the geotextile
• Polyethylene base to inhibit gravitation loss of water

The line delivers water at about 15psi. Each emitter releases water into the geotextile. The water moves through the geotextile very quickly, transforming the line from a point source of water to a continuous source of water. This transformation is the fundamental genius of KISSS Agriculture!
