Ordering

A thorough investigative process must take place before an order can be confirmed.

This includes soil capillary lift and other tests and a site visit. Once this process is complete an installation specification, pricing and project timetable will then follow.

Installation

Contractual documentation, including any finance arrangements, must be agreed to and signed before installation can commence.

Only installers approved by IWT may carry out installation. Materials will not be supplied to non-accredited installers.

Service

Service and maintenance procedures will be issued on completion of the installation.

A Service Maintenance Contract is available to those clients who wish to avail themselves of this service.

Terms and Conditions will be agreed at the time of implementation.
